We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible, please contact us at cnoti.inc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Unlike many stores, you don't need to send the product back — even if the packaging is opened, your order is fully eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at cnoti.inc@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
After 30 Days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery fall outside our standard policy. If you have a concern beyond this window, please still reach out to us at cnoti.inc@gmail.com — we review these on a case-by-case basis.
Damages or Issues
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at cnoti.inc@gmail.com so we can make it right.
